Initiated by Prof. Chen Chunhua, Dean of BiMBA Business School, the One-on-One Career Mentor Program aims to assist MBA students in expanding horizon, enhancing order of thinking, deepening the understanding of industry and business environments, visualizing career directions and goals, and making sound plans and preparations for the future. In addition, the program helps establish mentor-mentee relationships beyond classroom, which will facilitate the continuous growth of MBA students and stimulate energy bursts from both the mentor and the mentee.

First pair of mentor and mentee
Ms. Zeng Xian
President of Outlet (China) Co. Ltd, NSD MBA career mentor, member of NSD CH100, dual master’s degree in Economic Management and Psychology, senior corporate culture licensee, economic engineer. As a senior HR professional, Ms. Zeng has worked in senior management positions for a handful of public companies (Guangzhou Lonkey, KWG Group Holdings, Hsin Chong Group Holdings, among others) and realty and commercial behemoths (Outlet China, Mingsheng Group). She is well versed in selecting and developing talents as well as building corporate culture. In 2020, Ms. Zeng began to take full charge of all business functions. In addition, she is Executive Director of CCAGM Committee for Outlets Industry Development and has been a career mentor for Sun Yat-sen Business School for over ten years, both of which add to her ample experience in guiding and grooming young professionals.
Mr. Wang Ding
2020 PKU-Vlerick part-time MBA. Mr. Wang has passed the National Bar Exam and National Badminton Referee Level 2 and is pursuing master’s studies in finance at Fordham University. He has worked for American and Hong Kong companies in roles related to legal affairs, catering management, and commercial business development. Currently he works for New World Department Store as Deputy General Manager for North China Business Promotion Center.
Second pair of mentor and mentee
Mr. Wang Xin
2009 NSD part-time MBA, NSD MBA career mentor, COO of Ensophx Group, guest lecturer for United Nations International Center on Small Hydro Power. Mr. Wang has extensive management experience with SOEs and multinationals and has worked for many years on startups on global level. Previously, he worked in mid and senior management positions at AVK Group, GE Hydropower, Schneider Electric, and TRIED (a design and research institute based in Tianjin City). Together with BiMBA classmates, he has set up companies in various fields, such as air cleaning and mechanical manufacturing. In February 2021, Mr. Wang founded Ying Suo Fei Group with partners in RCEP regions, with a commitment to build a sustainable cross-border ecosystem covering six major business areas: petrol and natural gas, water, renewable energy, infrastructure, industry, and automobiles.
Ms. Li Shuyue
PKU-UCL part-time MBA Class of 2019, 2020-2021 Student Ambassador for the MBA programs at the NSD, Bachelor of Business Administration with Queen Mary University of London, Master of Management with University of Surrey. She’s currently the General Manager of Germana Tianjin and in 2018 set up Tianjin Suzie-Tech, specializing in the import and export of high-tech and high-precision products as well as related business consulting services.
