Ms. Jin Xu

2016 PKU-Vlerick part-time MBA, Bachelor’s dual degree in Law and Economics from Peking University. Ms. Jin initiated ‘Our Own Law Class’ for her MBA classmates. Partner of Global Law Office, she has practiced law for over 15 years, specializing in corporate businesses such as PE investment, investment and M&A, capital markets, and compliance.

 

Mr. Jin Yi

2014 PKU-Vlerick part-time MBA, currently a member of the Management Committee of Taikang Insurance Group and head of compliance, Board Member of Taikang Life Insurance and Taikang Pension, as well as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Taikang Asset Management. Mr. Jin has worked for over 20 years in legal compliance in the insurance industry and is Deputy Director of the Legal Compliance Professional Committee of Insurance Association of China and Deputy Director of the Legal Compliance Committee of Insurance Asset Management Association of China. He was awarded Top Ten Young Insurance Legal Experts in China’s Insurance Industry and twice ALB China Top 15 General Counsel.

 

Ms. Yu Wen

2018 PKU-UCL part-time MBA, Master’s in Law from China University of Political Science and Law. Ms. Yu has worked for over 13 years in the legal profession and currently is Legal Director and Operation Partner of Pangu Chuangfu Venture Capital Management. Having built a solid track record with renowned law firms in China, Ms. Yu possesses extensive knowledge of the laws and regulations on PE investment/venture investment, M&A and capital markets, and corporate governance, and has garnered abundant practical experiences. Since joining Pangu Chuangfu in 2016, she has been providing legal support to the whole spectrum of fund-related affairs, including capital-raising and establishment, investment, management, and exit; she is also fully responsible for the company’s fund-related legal compliance and operation.
