Main Functions of Mobile Alumni Database:

    Searching for alumni associations and clubs, and maintaining close interaction with all alumni organizations!

    Being well-informed of information on activities, lectures and courses, sharing powerful academic frontier resources with elite fellows.

User Guide

Binding alumni database requires validating the identity of alumni. The specific procedure is as follows:

  • Step 1:

    Search for “nsdalumni” in the WeChat -- Official Account search, and follow the official account.

  • Step 2:

    Click “Alumni Home” ---> “My information”

  • Step 3:

    Click “Identity Verification”

  • Step 4:

    Select verification method: “Mobile” or “email”

  • Step 5:

    Fill in the correct alumni information. If you have selected “Mobile”:

  • 1. Name:
  • 2. Student ID:
  • 3.

    Mobile phone number (Mainland China): Your mobile phone number you reserved at school

  • 4. Click “Get Code”
  • 5.

    Enter the four-character verification code received in the box and click “Submit”

  • Fill in the correct alumni information. If you have selected “Email”:
  • 1.Name:
  • 2.Student ID:
  • 3.Email address: Your email you reserved at school
  • 4.Click “Submit”
  • Step 5:

    If identity verification is successful, you will see your personal information. If there are mistakes, please update your information.

  • Alumni who have completed official WeChat binding and Verification can update his or her personal information in the alumni database at any time.
  • Step 1:

    Open the “PKU NSD Alumni” Official Account in WeChat

  • Step 2:

    Click “Alumni Home” ---> “My information”

  • Step 3:

    Drag the page downward to the bottom and click “Update information”

  • Step 4:

    Update your personal information, and click the “Submit” button below

 

Your personal information is successfully updated!

Tips:If you want to update your personal information, please complete identity verification in advance!

To search the information of other alumni, please click “Alumni home” and enter the main interface, click the “Search Alumni” button, key in the search information and start to search.

  • 1.

    Keyword Search -- Enter “Name, region, company and other information”, and the information of the alumni is readily accessible!

  • If you need to search for alumni in Hangzhou, key in “Hangzhou” directly, and the database will display all alumni with “Hangzhou” as the keyword.
  • 1.

    Criteria search -- “Region”, “Industry”, “Class Type”, “Class”, advanced search, quick, easy and convenient !

  • If you need to search for an alumnus from the class of EMBA 2011 engaged in the education industry in Beijing:
  • 1.

    select “Beijing” in the “By region” option;

  • 2.

    select “Education” in the “By industry” option;

  • 3.

    select “EMBA” in the “By class type” option;

  • 4.

    select “2011” in the “Class of” option, and the search result will be displayed.
