Biography

Denis Morisset is an ESSEC Graduate with more than 20 years professional experience in the luxury industry and almost 10 years consulting and teaching experience in France and in Asia. Between 1980 and 2004, Denis was COO of Ralph Lauren Europe, CEO of Pierre Balmain, President and CEO in the French shoes and apparel manufacturing industry and CEO of Giorgio Armani France. Since 2004, Denis has been teaching luxury marketing courses on a permanent basis in different ESSEC Business School programs (LVMH Chair, ESSEC MBA in International Luxury brand management, IMHI, ESSEC Executive Education programs in La Defense and Singapore). Since 2004, he also delivers regularly speeches and presentations in various conferences and luxury workshops around the world in America, Brazil, India, Russia, Middle-East, China, Singapore, Korea, and Japan. He is part-time based in China since 2011. He also delivers internal executive training programs for international luxury brands in Asia, develops luxury consulting activity in China and regularly organizes luxury trips/residencies for Chinese EMBA participants and Chinese business people in France/Italy/Switzerland.
