The 11th edition of NSD MBA Forum is proud to have Prof. Chen Chunhua as our speaker and the topic of her speech will be: Decoding Future-Facing Leadership. She’s currently the Dean of BiMBA Business School and has for years devoted herself to the research of organizational behaviors and leadership. Besides facing the customers and the employees, an outstanding leader must also face the future, all the more so in this new era of deep and dynamic inter-connectivity, swift technological transformation and unstoppable cross-industry competition.
