Time to unscramble your management jigsaw in Jinan City! On September 1, Prof. Chen Chunhua, Dean of BiMBA Business School, will have an open class in the capital city of eastern Shandong Province. NSD alumni and the 2020 EMBA applicants are warmly welcome.

Prof. Chen will lecture on her signature theory: Symbiosis and Growth, which enlightens entrepreneurs as to the understanding of today’s world and adjustment of management models. Shaped by the information revolution and the knowledge economy, the business environment has taken on two salient features: ever-profound complexity and the Matthew Effect. Consequently, competitiveness and values are hard to maintain and sustain.

Known for her empirical researches and practices – she previously headed several corporations - Prof. Chen specializes in the study of organizational management in transformational age. She has authored many books and has constantly been recognized as one of the most influential business leaders in China by leading magazines such as Fortune.

BiMBA Business School is part of NSD, Peking University. Founded by some renowned Chinese economists in 1994, NSD has over the years developed into an all-round institute that houses a leading business school, a research center, and a think tank.
