Forum: New Trends in International Environment and Implications for Talent Growth / MBA Info Session

Jun 06-2020

The pandemic has catalyzed unprecedented changes to work and life. With so much at stake – not least choices of schools and job prospects – it’s of critical importance to grasp the differences in pandemic-fighting policies by different countries, macro trends in international situations, rapid iterations in the talent market, and cultural and philosophical changes.

On June 6th, the MBA Center and the Alumni Department of the NSD will present a themed lecture to help our alumni and MBA applicants to understand the afore-mentioned issues. Also available is an info session for our MBA programs. Prof. Yao Yang, Dean of the NSD, will share his thoughts and field your questions.

Prof. Yao is Liberal-Arts Distinguished Professor of Peking University, Dean of the National School of Development (NSD) at PKU, Dean of the China Center for Economic Research (CCER) at PKU, among other posts. He graduated with a PhD in development economics from the University of Wisconsin in 1996 and has won a number of top awards for research and pedagogical excellence.

Founded in 1998, the BiMBA Business School at the NSD fuses the best of the East and the West and offers two world-leading MBA programs: one jointly with UCL, and the other with Vlerick Business School.
