Synopsis: Prof. Liu Guoen of the NSD will trace the impacts of COVID-19 on societies, economies and public healthcare from an economic perspective, present the changes to the relationship between medical service system and macro-economy under the stresses of the pandemic, and analyze some ways to make more rational the government-driven public policies and coping measure.
