Mr. Kou Yi, 2020 PKU-UCL part-time MBA, Master of English Language and Literature from China Foreign Affairs University. Over his 15-year career, Mr. Kou has taken on roles as interpreter, business manager, department head, and assistant to president in a multitude of fields such as the design and construction of golf courses, real estate, online commerce, precious metals, and bio-tech, and has demonstrated remarkable flexibility and competence in switching between industries and positions. Currently, he works for Beijing Coyote Bio-tech, a globally leading provider of molecular diagnostics, as director of international market and sales as well as assistant to president.

 

Ms. Li Xiaoxiao, 2019 PKU-UCL full-time MBA, Bachelor in Finance from the University of British Columbia, partner of Linxi VC. Ms. Li has nearly ten years’ experience in the theories and practices of corporate shareholding structure, and mainly focuses on equity financing, equity structure design, and equity structure adjustment of startups in early and middle stages. She has been on the judging panels of national internet startup competitions, coached over 100 startups, and authored a book on corporate financing.

 

Mr. Ouyang Yingping, 2020 PKU-Vlerick part-time MBA. Mr. Ouyang has worked for world-renowned companies for 15 years, taking charge of brand management, marketing, sales operation, business development, and strategic planning. Previously, he was brand sales director of Breitling, a Swiss luxury brand. He is now General Manager of Wellendorff, a German high jewelry brand.
