Ms. Hou Yun

2020 PKU-UCL part-time MBA, Bachelor’s in International News and Communications from Beijing Foreign Studies University. From 2012 to 2022, Ms. Hou worked for China Global Television Network (CGTN), part of China Media Group, in successive roles as on-camera reporter, editor in charge, and planner. Since April 2022, she has been working for the Beijing office of World Gold Council as Corporate Communications Manager. Ms. Hou is well versed in English translation and interpretation, production of TV news programs and documentaries, and planning and content production for all-media operation projects.

 

Mr. Yang Chen

2020 PKU-Vlerick part-time MBA, Master’s from the Mathematics Department of China University of Mining and Technology. Mr. Yang has worked for nearly ten years in the new energy industry, including wind power, solar power, integrated energy, and energy storage technology. He has traversed roles related to technology management, M&A, and marketing management in publicly listed firms and industry funds. Currently Mr. Yang is New Energy Investment Director of Kun Yuan Asset Management, a leading fund of funds in China.

 

Ms. Zhang Shu

2020 PKU-UCL full-time MBA, Bachelor in Information Engineering and Media from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Ms. Zhang has had six years’ working experience in digital marketing, and single-handedly built and operated an online community counting over ten thousand members. She specializes in online client acquisition, offline business conversion, new media matrix, and 0-to-1 branding building. Currently Ms. Zhang works for Microsoft’s business and enterprise department, in charge of marketing and operations of Microsoft Cloud.
