About Lecturer

Ma Jingjing is NSD Associate Professor of Management, Mu Lan Scholar, and Deputy Dean of BiMBA Business School at NSD. She received her Ph.D. from the Marketing Faculty of Kellogg School of Management in 2015. Prof. Ma’s research areas include consumer behavior and decision making, public-service behavior and decision making, and psychological well-being and happiness. Her research papers have been published in leading global journals, including Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, and Harvard Business Review. Her academic achievements have been reported by authoritative media, such as Forbes, The World Economic Forum, The Wall Street Journal, Current Psychology, Xinhua News Agency, and People’s Daily.

About Lecturer
