MBA Forum: Surviving (and Thriving) in an Organizational World of Unprecedented Challenges
Dec 14-2024
In the process of transforming and upgrading China's public welfare and philanthropy, professional training and talent cultivation have become an important support for its sustainable development. While engaging in public welfare work, public welfare volunteers in the workplace are also eager to gain professional experience, achieve personal growth and pursue their inner love, so as to realise the dual improvement of public welfare and personal value.
The NSD has been nurturing public welfare talents for a long time. In recent years, the MBA Centre has collaborated with many institutions, such as ABC and JA, to conduct a wealth of activities and lectures covering macro-policy, management, data and other fields, and actively explore the growth path of public welfare talents.
At present, the technological revolution, the new challenges of globalisation, the international economic and geopolitical situation and other factors are accelerating organisational change and transformation. How leaders position themselves, navigate the difficulties, and lead their teams and organisations to breakthrough is both a theoretical and practical challenge.
Bruce Stening, Professor of MBA Management at Peking University, has been invited to share his views on "Surviving (and Thriving) in an Organisational World of Unprecedented Challenges", while four MBA students will also join the roundtable to share their personal growth experiences. Let's reflect, explore and analyse together how individuals and organisations can meet the big challenges, navigate the complex changes, break through the difficulties and make the leap in this fast-changing era.
