First, John Yang sent the warmest welcome to all the guests and gave a brief introduction of National School of Development and Beijing International MBA at Peking University, followed by Tony who introduced the history and architecture of National School of Development. As alumni of BiMBA students, Amelia Zhou shared with everyone her own experience in the LV group, opportunities and challenges, leadership and responsibility, a real glimpse of the charming and demanding characteristics of the luxury industry. After the short introduction, BiMBA students introduced themselves, their own career paths and desires for the luxury industry, especially for LV group. Students more or less already had many relevant experience in either HR management or even luxury industry, such as one of them had determined to devote herself in luxury industry and had spent time in South Africa learning the knowledge of Jewry and watch, one of them mentioned his profound understandings of second-tier cities in China, a potential and huge market for the luxury industry to expand, and another one had worked in retail and luxury industry who had clear understandings of the challenges to impress the customers and build up a team. BiBMA students’ outstanding and various experiences and the precise understandings of luxury industry raised interests of the LV global HRs. In-depth interaction between the HRs and BiMBA students started right after the self-introduction part. As a multinational franchise of high-end luxury goods, LV emphasized the company's growth process, a perfect sense of service - the perfect customer's individual experience, emphasizing leadership and team play in promoting individual spirit of innovation and commitment.

HRs were quite interested in the spirit of BiMBA and how it had changed the students. BiMBA students defined it from 3 dimensions: they dig deeper into themselves honestly to find out their passion and their own skills; job is not only about money but involves more social responsibility and in this term they want to become the pioneer in China's luxury industry, and led the Chinese people towards elegance in this process; they got to know the real wisdom of leadership and the meaning of following. Getting to know the management and integration of the LV group, the students initiated the discussion of management style and core value of LV. As a leader in the luxury industry, LV requires a high degree of sensitivity of the luxury industry, while emphasizing the importance of the details; it is vital to grasp the general international trend, but also integration and understanding of the brand culture through sharing and exchange in wide diversity of LV people all over the world.

LV's success is not only due to its prestigious history and brand culture, it is LV people, their motivation, their innovation that have made LV a legendary. The successful story of LV presented a vivid lesson for BiMBA students and inspired them in their own career path and future planning. LV and National School of Development has shared a lasting friendship, like Amelia, many previous students of BiMBA have joined the LV and achieved rich experience in management.

When the activity reached the end, Alumni & Career Development Department of BiMBA on behalf of the National School of Development thanked the guests with the delicate presents and the entire event concluded in a warm and harmonious atmosphere. LV global HRs enjoyed a short campus tour afterwards, showing a great interest in Chinese Culture and the spirit of Beijing University. They were impressed by the excellence of BiMBA students and wished the success of the potential entrepreneurs. Today's exchange provided both LV and BiMBA students with a more broad development platform.
