What is Capital Group?
Who are we?

We're the biggest company you've never heard of.
Capital is one of the world’s most experienced and successful investment management organizations. With 20 offices across Europe, Asia and the US, we manage more than US $750 billion for individuals and US $300 billion for corporations and institutions globally.

Since 1931, we've grown from a single office with a handful of associates to a global organization of over 8,000. We got to this point by paying attention to our most important assets - our associates. Our ability to attract, motivate and develop exceptional 'self-starters' who bring a variety of skills to all areas of the organization means that at Capital, we retain our people.
For 75 years the heart of our success has been a commitment to a number of core beliefs: the importance of long-term investing; the value of in-depth global research; adherence to a disciplined investment management philosophy; and a code of ethics that emphasizes honesty and integrity.

What is TAP?
The Associates Program (TAP) is a two-year global rotational program that provides you with experience in a variety of business areas through a series of four-month assignments, including an optional nonprofit assignment. During this time, you'll be expected to make valuable business contributions to our organization. In the process, you'll have exposure to a range of business issues that will enhance your skills in many areas.
