BiMBA Successfully Holds the 15th Learning-Mode China Century Success Forum

On 11 December, 2014, the 15th ‘Learning-Mode China Century Success Forum’ with the theme ‘the future is already here’ was jointly held by Peking University’s National School of Development BiMBA, Zhisland and Learning Mode China. In a space of three days, over 40 government officials, industry leaders, famous economists and media figures met with over 3000 Privately Owned Enterprise (POE) owners to review the past and outline the future. The forum focused on key issues facing POEs including their current situation, future economic trends and challenges. Using local and international methods, the entrepreneurs gained knowledge to improve their business strategy, widen their horizons and open the path for future prosperity. 

Attendees and speakers included Peking University National School of Development Dean Yao Yang, BiMBA Co-Dean John Yang, National School of Development Professor Xue Zhaofeng, Harvard Business School Professor Christopher Marquis, Geely Group Chair Li Shufu, Gree Group Chair Ming Zhu, IBM Global Consulting Partner & BiMBA student Qiu Yudong, Podinns CEO, Chair & BiMBA Alumni Zhu Hui, Jiamei Dental founder, Chair & BiMBA alumni Liu Jia, Leadership trainer & BiMBA alumni Ding Xiaohui, Dragonet Technology Chairperson, Vice President & BiMBA alumni Wu Xuesong. These famous entrepreneurs and academics met to find a solution to the issues facing POEs today.

The Learning-Mode China Century Success Forum has already held 14 forums, beginning on 30 December 1999. Its aim is to welcome each new year through learning and to give entrepreneurs a way of learning. In its 15 years, the Forum has grown from 300 to 3000 people. This year, Peking University National School of Development BiMBA’s Forum’s wide range of content has given support and wisdom to many POE leaders.
