The Mentor Program at BiMBA has entered into its second year and remains one of the most popular projects among MBA students. The mentors are alumni from a wide spectrum of backgrounds and industries and each of them pairs up with a student or two to share their experiences and insights in career and life. One of the turbo-charged and highly regarded mentors is Mr. David Ye, who was from BiMBA PT13 class and a veteran of Bayer China. He had to adapt to this new role at the beginning, but soon discovered a good way to deliver: group discussions. By inviting other mentors and their mentees to ping pong ideas, everyone learns much more from the diversity and depth on offer. Staying true to his motto of sharing and contributing, Mr. Ye is also widely respected for organizing all kinds of events for his classmates. Post-graduation can be much more fun at BiMBA.
