A packed audience of young professionals attended an NSD event in downtown Beijing on November 25th. They had a taste of what BiMBA classroom is like, as Prof. Yao Yang, dean of NSD, lectured on the current status of the Chinese economy and the development of private enterprises. On the widely concerned question of Chinese economic downturn, he dissected the structural and cyclical changes and the impact of deleveraging, and expressed confidence in the stability of government policy towards private enterprises and a bigger role for private enterprises. Besides the lecture, the young professionals had an info session to learn more about the two MBA programs at BiMBA, one with Vlerick Business School and the other with UCL School of Management.
