Symbiotic Leadership

On November 5th, NSD Professor Chen Chunhua delivered a speech at a management summit, expounding on 'Symbiotic Leadership' in this digitalized era. Drastic changes are unraveling, she said, pointing out that all seem deeply connected yet on the surface disorder reigns, and that no golden rule can fix all problems. The most important solution is opening up the boundaries and linking up more with others. Efficiency comes not from division of work any more, but rather synergic collaboration.
