Two NSD Professors Enlisted for Healthcare Reform

The State Council's Leading Group for Deepening Medical and Healthcare Reform has announced the renewed list of experts for its advisory committee. NSD Prof. Liu Guoen and Prof. Li Ling are appointed to the committee and have the mandate from 2019 until 2022.

Both professors are renowned experts in medical and healthcare spheres. Prof. Liu is the Director of the China Center for Healthcare Economic Research at Peking University, and Prof. Li is the Director of the Healthy Development Research Center at Peking University.

The advisory committee shall advise on major plans and documents, research into reform-related topics, evaluate progress and effects of the reform, provide insights into other countries’ experiences, as well as interpret policies for the public.
