Four Alumni in Forbes China ‘30 Under 30’

Forbes China’s latest list consists of 600 outstanding Chinese entrepreneurs and innovators born after January 1st, 1989. The four NSD alumni are: Mr. Fang Yedun, Mr. Cai Xing, Mr. Rao Yibo, and Ms. Chen Jing.
Evaluation metrics include influence, achievement, and innovation. A total of 100 experts were assembled to make selections.
Mr. Fang Yedun is co-founder and CEO of Wai Guo Ren Research Institute, a social media group churning out cross-cultural short videos and claiming 60 million fans worldwide. The company has completed three financing rounds. Mr. Fang is NSD double-degree Class of 2009.
Mr. Cai Xing, double-degree Class of 2010, is co-founder of Guilin City-based 21Keg, which aims to transform Chinese factories and transmute Made in China to Design in China and Created in China, while also empowering Chinese brands in their overseas sale. The company ranks top 5% of Amazon sellers globally.
Mr. Rao Yibo, graduate degree Class of 2013, is co-founder and CEO of Shenzhen ZMate, a fintech firm specializing in deep-learning-based quantitative trading technical solution. Established in 2015 and an accredited high-tech company in Shenzhen City, it counts two global brokerages and 10 asset management funds as clients.
Ms. Chen Jing is an alumna of the Institute of Digital Finance at PKU and Associate Professor at China Agricultural University. In 2017 she co-founded Xiang Shuai Digital Economy Lab, applying economics, sociology, and date science to the research and empowerment of entities from macro to micro levels.
