Chen Chunhua’s Book A Bestseller

Prof. Chen Chunhua and Dr. Zhu Li published a book titled Collaboration in November 2019 and sold 50,000 copies in a bit over a month. It has since ranked high on a handful of bestseller lists for 2019.

Prof. Chen is the Dean of BiMBA Business School and specializes in organizational management in transformative age, with 22 books to her credit. Dr. Zhu Li is Assistant Researcher at the NSD and has published more than 40 papers.

The book looks into the essence of organizational efficiency in digital age and build theoretical and practical frameworks for collaboration. In a transformative age brimming with uncertainties, collaborative values such as symbiosis, altruism and trustworthiness are comparable to beacons on a darkness-clad sea. “Collaboration is a key for unlocking the future world,” says the compiler of one of the bestseller lists.

Specifically, the book has been voted top ten management books of 2019, a ranking by Superfine Reading magazine; No.2 on the annual economic and management book list by Xin Zhi Nan magazine; No.1 on Caizhi China business and management book list; and top ten management books by Wangjuan Book Publicity Center.
