Healthcare Industry Association Visits H.MEDICALSPA
Sep 15-2026
On September 5, a consumer healthcare innovation exchange event under the theme "Beauty Meets Intelligence" was held at the headquarters of H.MEDICALSPA (Heyan Yimei), a company founded by a PKU NSD alumnus. Members of the PKU NSD Healthcare Industry Association and the H.MEDICALSPA team engaged in wide-ranging discussions on the practice and development of the consumer healthcare industry. Through on-site visits and themed presentations, participants shared experience, exchanged ideas, and explored new trends shaping the industry's future.
Inside the Company: Seeing Practice Firsthand
The event began with a guided tour of H.MEDICALSPA's flagship campus, focusing on the client service journey. From reception and consultation through professional assessment to the medical service settings themselves, the two sides took a close look at service standards and process management.
For association members, seeing operations on the ground offered a deeper understanding of how consumer healthcare institutions build their service systems—and a valuable opportunity to trade notes with peers and broaden their horizons.
Opening Remarks: Building Consensus and a Bridge for Mutual Learning
After the tour, the sharing session formally began, moderated by Qu Na, Secretary-General of the PKU NSD Healthcare Industry Association. She noted that the exchange was a hands-on event co-planned by the association and H.MEDICALSPA around real, front-line issues facing the industry. By combining an on-site "deconstruction" of operations with themed presentations, she hoped members would gain an in-depth view of the company's practice—and she looked forward to a lively exchange of ideas among all the guests.
In his address, Gao Mingxu, President of the PKU NSD Healthcare Industry Association, expressed the hope that by visiting alumni companies and strengthening industry exchange, members could gain firsthand insight into real business practice, share front-line experience, and work together—through mutual learning—to promote a more standardized and professional consumer healthcare industry.
Zhang Wuxin, Vice President of the association and founder and CEO of H.MEDICALSPA, a light medical aesthetics chain, shared insights drawn from the company's own growth, covering its exploration of service standardization, the HD-PRC Harmonious Aesthetics system, and digital operations. He expressed the hope that this exchange would open the door to closer engagement with association members and industry partners—sharing practical experience while jointly exploring the trends and innovation pathways of consumer healthcare.
The event featured themed presentations on several hot topics in the consumer healthcare industry.
A training instructor from the H.MEDICALSPA Academy took the audience through the HD-PRC Harmonious Aesthetics system and its framework for facial aesthetic assessment, starting from client needs and facial fundamentals. With a live demonstration, the session explored how professional concepts translate into actual service delivery.
Zhang Wuxin, drawing on the company's practice, shared how AI is applied across client management, service workflows, and operational decision-making, and reflected on how to strike a balance between digital technology and medical compliance.
Dr. Sun Yan, founder and president of Enjoy Dental Clinic, explored the link between oral health and whole-life-cycle health management. Drawing on the distinctive characteristics of consumer healthcare, he proposed innovative ideas for cross-category, long-cycle health services—opening up new horizons in service dimensions for practitioners and offering a fresh direction for extending the value of consumer healthcare.
Peers in Dialogue, Alumni in Unity
The event marked an in-depth exchange between the PKU NSD Healthcare Industry Association and alumni company H.MEDICALSPA, and a rewarding experiment in alumni sharing within the healthcare field. From service standardization to digital operations, from aesthetic practice to whole-life-cycle health management, participants engaged with the practical issues confronting the industry—expanding their thinking through the collision of ideas and drawing inspiration from the sharing of experience.
Looking ahead, the PKU NSD Healthcare Industry Association will continue to leverage the school's alumni platform to strengthen interaction among healthcare alumni, visit more alumni companies, share industry practice, and connect resources and experience—together exploring new opportunities in healthcare.
