The program introduces interdisciplinary subjects, combining economics, organizational sociology, new institutional economics, philosophy, management, and science and technology. The knowledge helps students establish a holistic and strategic mindset, understand the emerging trends, and develop the ability to think systematically; therefore go beyond who they are for future success.

 

Cluster: Economic theory and practice, China’s financial development, Corporate strategy, Principles of economics for China`s transitional society, Managerial economics, etc.

 

Innovation

Innovation and entrepreneurship bring the driving force. Through examining driving technologies, Intelligence and digitization, global perspectives, innovative breakthroughs, and entrepreneurship, our program not only tackles creative change and sustainable organizational development but also provides best practices and their evolutionary paths. These topics will help students explore their entrepreneurship and the source of innovation, acquiring the ability to lead sustainable development.

Shared values amplify growth. By focusing on interpersonal collaboration, conflict resolution, cross-organizational collaboration, and public-private partnerships, our students learn to grasp the essence of coordination and constructive conflicts, and the methodology needed to empower all members of one organization to perform with high efficiency.

The program integrates perspectives from anthropology, socio-cultural theory, trans-national operation, cross-cultural management, social responsibility, business ethics, and finance and investment. Students will build confidence to address issues in the business practice, undertake corporate responsibilities, and drive business growth with the engagement of the team.
